The specific know-how of the company is linked to its in-depth knowledge of the cheese industry and its standards and the mastering of all the manufacturing stages.  Recently, the company has undertaken research work on the development of new traceability tools combined with the traditional marking by a casein plaque. This research programme is supported by the OSEO Rhône-Alpes (French organisation to help small businesses). The company provides casein labels for major dairy groups and numerous inter-professional syndicates in France and abroad, for the protection of Appellation d’origine Contrôlée (guaranteed origin) products.
